Parents or guardians create ChoreQuest accounts. Children use the app under parental supervision and do not create their own accounts.
From parents: email address and password, used to create and secure your account, plus basic sign-in activity.
From children (entered by the parent): first name, age bracket, and an optional 4-digit PIN for independent sign-in.
We also track usage such as chores, points, rewards, and basic technical information needed to run the app.
We use this information to operate core app features, enable child sign-in, maintain security, and improve reliability. We do not use your family's information to serve advertising.
Information is hosted on Supabase, a cloud provider acting as our data processor. If you sign in with Google, only basic profile information is shared with us.
Families can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time. Deleting a parent account removes all associated children's data.
