These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChoreQuest mobile application and form the agreement between you and ChoreQuest.
An account must be created by an adult parent or legal guardian. Children use the app only through a profile added by their parent, under that parent's account and supervision, and do not independently consent to these Terms.
Parents are responsible for account security and keeping credentials protected, for the accuracy of information provided, and can manage child profiles and PINs at any time. Even when a child has independent sign-in access, the parent remains responsible for activity on the account.
ChoreQuest is a household organization tool that lets parents assign chores, track completion, allocate points, and set up rewards. Chore completion is verified by the parent rather than confirmed independently by ChoreQuest.
Users may not access other families' accounts, disrupt the app, or use it for anything beyond household chore management, and must comply with applicable law.
In-app points have no monetary value and exist only within the app. Parents decide how rewards are redeemed; ChoreQuest does not process payments or transfer funds.
ChoreQuest offers free and premium tiers. Pricing may change in the future.
You retain ownership of the information you enter, while giving us permission to store and process it in order to provide the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. ChoreQuest is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
Updates will be reflected by a revised date at the top of this page.
